17 year old Alice suffers in silence. Recently her life had taken an odd turn, she has missing moments of time, fragments of her life missing. She will be in one place, and wake up in another, sometimes dirty, other times in clothes that don't belong to her, but always bloody. She's terrified, but doesn't want to be committed to a sanatorium like her mother.
She lives her life ignoring the growing issue, the blackouts happening more frequent, and lasting longer.

18 year old Victor is the strange, guarded son of a mortician, death is his life. When it comes to murder, he's the type of guy you'd ask to cover it up. When he finds Alice in her blacked out state, he takes an interest in the girl.

But like they say, when it seems too good to be true, most of the time it is. When there is a misunderstanding, the king accuses Annie of stealing and he kicks her out of the castle. Done with feeling rejected and alone, Annie decides it's time to find a way out. As she tries to find her way out, she starts to learn more about the curse and its people. She also starts to realize maybe the king is not as big of a monster as she thought. Even though most of Greyson is beautiful, something evil is lurking.
