When Talli moves to a small town in Oregon, she is immediately ostracized by what seem to be warring gangs. However, she soon discovers there is more to Windrow High School than she originally thought. As attention from the mysterious Charger starts threatening her ability to care for her dying father, Talli is forced to find a way to tap into her own potential.
