Liberty Scott returns to Hogwarts to finish her studies, and it appears that many are doing the same. As she approaches the train, she is also greeted with some old faces. Once getting settled, a new law pushes and comes into play. The Arranged Law, since the war the population has decreased drastically. So it is announced that everyone will be paired up with a random significant other, and will marry them at the end of the year, with children coming three years into the future.
"I walk up to the Goblet and throw my name into it, watching the flames turn pink to red. I close my eyes, and accept whoever comes into my life. I open my eyes and see a paper flying through the air. Then Headmistress McGonagall catches the paper, and looks at it.
"Liberty Scott, will be paired up with Draco Malfoy."

Snamione Marriage Law With a Twist
So after the war the wizarding world was being rebuilt. Kingsley Shacklebolt was made the temporary Minister of Magic. Hogwarts was being rebuilt so that it could be ready to a new school year by September 1st with Professor McGonagall as Headmistress.
