Liberty Scott returns to Hogwarts to finish her studies, and it appears that many are doing the same. As she approaches the train, she is also greeted with some old faces. Once getting settled, a new law pushes and comes into play. The Arranged Law, since the war the population has decreased drastically. So it is announced that everyone will be paired up with a random significant other, and will marry them at the end of the year, with children coming three years into the future.
"I walk up to the Goblet and throw my name into it, watching the flames turn pink to red. I close my eyes, and accept whoever comes into my life. I open my eyes and see a paper flying through the air. Then Headmistress McGonagall catches the paper, and looks at it.
"Liberty Scott, will be paired up with Draco Malfoy."

What can be worse than knowing that someone else is deciding whom you are getting married to. I kept aside the letter from the department of marriage law enforcement. There was another page which read: Decree for the marriage law. Note: The newly wed couple has to follow these decrees in order to complete the marriage law. After the war, the magical population has decreased and the ministry of magic has decided to bring in a law enforcement of marriage law. In which the dept of marriage law enforcement will select the partners for them. The age groups will be from 18 to 40 years old. I. The pair in question has to get married in 15 days from receiving the letter. III. The newly wed bride is expected to get pregnant in a year after the marriage is consummated. IV. As per the marriage law, the couple has to consummate their marriage only after the said couple falls in love. V. If the said couple fails to do so then they will face the consequences. VI. The couple has been prohibited from using any contraception.
