When her parents are killed in a car crash, Evangeline Tretten finds herself the last surviving member of Family Thirteen. But no one knows she exists.
When a terrorist strike tears apart the city, people are quick to blame Family Thirteen. Thus, the chase is on to catch the elusive surviving member.
Evangeline faces a choice: spend life hiding from her family number or embrace it's all too unfortunate legacy.
