(Y/N), a secret supernatural enthusiast, moves back to an old town, and recognizes all faces except for one.
After accidentally outing their intrests to Dib, they team up to gather information on the Irken Empire and "save the planet."
However, after one mishap with Zim, it leaves (Y/N) wondering whether their fascination lies with the mystery of space, or the irken boy in particular.

'This is... annoying.' They groaned, still restlessly staring at the ceiling.
'What is?' The other questioned.
'Zim.'
'Yeah,' Dib chuckled, 'Trust me I know.'
(Y/N) thought back to what the alien had said to them earlier, and buried their head into the pillow.

As for this story, it came to mind one day while I was at work, and I HAD to write it down. I just love the concept of an alien living on earth in an attempt to take it over, all while finding out how cruel his so-called leaders are. Plus, FBI shit is fun-- Dib is 17, Gaz is 16, Zim is 162 (17 in human), Tak is 160 (15 in human), Youjiro (my OC) is 118 (18 human years( different species have different age differences)), and Gir is 7 years old. Bro is as old as the day Zim got to Earth LMAO. And YES! There will be lore for Dib as well! He's not gonna be forgotten or just seen as a side character! Book cover by me. I drew it.

Things began to seem worse than the alien had thought... also, signs of the human mental illness that the alien thought he was suffering from began to appear. Mostly, Zim thinks it's schizophrenia, as he begins to see certain unimaginary anomalies and characters, however, due to his "huge ego", he refuses to take the medications his computer has prescribed. This might be the cause of the negative effects in Zim's brain. However, the alien also began to notice the lies that had been fed to him for years. Zim noticed that his Tallest's aren't happy with him at all..
