One dark night as the Hound wanders alone farther north than he'd ever intended to go, he is suddenly thrust into a situation where he cannot stay his hand. Overnight he has a new traveling companion, a hard-headed Wildling that is unlike any woman he has ever known, and soon he finds himself in a difficult position that he has never been in before.

This is a fanfiction story about Sandor Clegane (better known, perhaps, as The Hound from Game of Thrones) based mostly on the HBO show and very little on George R.R. Martin's awesome ASOFAI series.

This is a look at what could've happened to Sandor after he left King's Landing during the Battle of Blackwater.

☠️ READ AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION!☠️

There will be copious amounts of foul language, graphic depictions of violence and gore, sexual violence and various adult situations. (If you ever actually watched the show or read the books absolutely none of this should come as a surprise to you.)

Obviously this work is intended solely for a mature audience and I claim no ownership or copyrights over any characters, events, places etc. other than the ones that I made up myself. I don't claim to own any of the images either (though I may have altered some of them).

*Currently uploading season 2 chapters while previous ones undergo revision* Aegon II Targaryen x Female OC (Rhaenyra Targaryen & Ser Harwin Strong's daughter: Vaella Velaryon) This book also contains a little sprinkle of Cregan Stark for my own personal sanity. Enjoy, xx ------------------------------- COPYRIGHT This story (previously titled, "The Fire & Blood of Dragonriders") was created by me (@sgtlucypepper) using a combination of the novel "Fire & Blood" by George R. R. Martin, and HBO's TV series "House of the Dragon." Any images used are those created by me, visuals taken from "House of the Dragon," or pictures originating from "Fire & Blood," illustrated by Doug Wheatley. TW This story contains mature & graphic content, such as cursing, sex, violence, and Targaryencest. Aegon's character will be portrayed to book and TV series accuracy, meaning there will be talk of SA. I personally understand how hard reading about these situations can be, so if you are sensitive to those, I kindly recommend not reading this fanfic. DISCLAIMER For the sake of the plot and mature content, all characters will be aged in accordance to their given births from "Fire & Blood," as the series adaptation modulated their youth. The story's setting, in regards to the year(s) of occurring events, utilizes the timeline of "House of the Dragon." However, the time span between events in "Fire & Blood" will be referenced.

In an alternate tale of A Song of Ice and Fire, Rhaegal was cast out by his fierce brother, Drogon, in a display of dominance and wild nature that nearly killed him. Exiled from his home, Rhaegal flew west, far beyond the lands he knew, seeking refuge in distant, dangerous, and uncharted skies. Disoriented, he wished to return home after months of exile. He caught a scent of dragonblood. It was not his mother, however. This story will jump between different people and unconventional POV's to keep the story diverse. These characters may or may not return with POV unless my vision of the story changes direction. It will not be a rushed story, not to mention it is my first wattpad story, so feedback, if given, will be welcomed. If a Daenerys and Jon love interest is not your cup of tea, I'd pass this story by as it will occur at some point in the story. This is the story I envisioned, starting from around the time the show greatly diverged. I did research. However, some details may be skewed by fault of my own accidentally as I edit myself or to pursue the story the way I want (I am inexperienced, so don't be too harsh if I add more than you deem necessary). Some minor plots in the story may be abandoned by accident as it is a lot to cover, and I don't want to bloat the story too much. If the story isn't going in the direction you wanted, I apologize, but my vision for the end game and major plots are clear to me, but I tend to come up with scenarios as I go so I may incorporate ideas if mentioned but don't expect me to. Disclaimer. I do not own Game of Thrones nor ASOIAF universe, All rights belong to George R.R. Martin, David Benioff & D.B. Weiss, alongside HBO, etc. Warning. This story will contain mature themes and possible triggering content such as death, violence, sexual content, etc.

He watched as her eyes skimmed over his dark eyes and black hair with barely a reaction. He felt his pride twinge a bit so he went further. Lifting his hands, he let the blood drip from them. Her eyes widened slightly and her chin rose. She looked at his hands then back at him. His dark eyes gleamed in a challenge. "You've not harmed me or mine, faery." She spoke out loud. "Blood does not scare me and neither do you. Keep your dog on its leash." Then she turned and calmly walked back inside. Intrigued now, he went to the window of the house and watched as she reassured her mother that the dog was gone "I'll see you tonight, reckless child." He promised softly. **** Marcus felt himself beginning to wake and struggled to stay in the dream. But it was no use. His eyes opened and he released the pillow his hand was gripping. It was the same one that she had laid her head on every night. His head went into the pillow heavily for a moment, breathing in her faint scent. He hated and treasured dreams like that with equal fervor. He rolled over on his back and stared at the ceiling. It had been decades since she'd been forced to break that promise. He lifted his hand and touched the ring that had been her last gift. It had been decades, but it was yesterday. ***I did not skimp on the steamy scenes so consider yourselves warned ok? There are also a few violent scenes that I'll try to remember to put a warning before so you'll have a heads up. Any of the pictures/artwork were found online so I reserve no rights to those just the story. But I do reserve all rights to the story. This story runs concurrently with "Bloody Desire" and "All Roads Lead to Rome" Awesome new book cover is courtesy of @ScarlettOlivier. She's awesome. Check her stuff out.
I Could Keep You Safe | Leanor Clegane | ASOIAF/GOT Fanfiction by WickedTheRedHorse

Sandor Clegane had a sister, two years younger, who was not murdered as a child by Gregor but survived and made it to Casterly Rock. Leanor is surprisingly kind, tactful and utterly dauntless - having spent her childhood in a house of horrors, what else could possibly scare her? Certainly not the spiteful daughter of Lord Tywin... * For as long as she could remember, Leanor knew to stay away from her brother Gregor. He was the shadow over her whole life; the village children ran away when they saw him, as he was known to be free with his fists, a cruel bully they could do nothing against no matter how many complaints their parents made to Ser Willem. Even the dogs wouldn't go anywhere near him, expecting a vicious, unwarranted kick. Whenever Leanor knew she had caught his attention, a dull sense of dread overcame her. Most of the time he would just swing at her, either laughing when she fell and cried out, or cursing if she dodged and quickly ran away (something she got increasingly good at doing). He could scarcely be bothered to ever chase her, she was simply something convenient to lash out at. But she was terrified of her brother, and she knew Sandor was too; he just showed it by being angry and lashing out himself. Not at her, though. Never at her. Where Sandor fought back, Leanor learned to melt into the shadows, to pass unnoticed without attracting any attention. Out of sight, out of mind. And when she couldn't avoid being noticed, she made herself as unobtrusive, polite and mild-mannered as possible, so as not to raise his ire. * A fun what-if that was never meant to be published but ran away with me. Serena raises her hand, though trembling, to gently lift the lock of hair that conceals the Hound's horrible burns. He closes his eyes, bracing himself for the cold sting of judgment, but instead, he is surprised by the warmth of her fingers. Her touch, like a caress, traces the scars, exploring each mark with tenderness. It's a sensation entirely new to him, far from the brutality and violence he has always known.
