After her father moves abroad for work, Yui Komori is sent to Kaminashi town to live in a mysterious mansion owned by the wealthy and enigmatic Sakamaki brothers who are said to be distant relatives. However, as soon as Yui comes across the "Haunted House" of the town, she discovers that the Sakamaki brothers are not ordinary humans but vampires. Each brother possesses a unique personality and supernatural abilities, but they all share a dark and sadistic nature. Yui is offered as their "sacrificial bride," chosen to satisfy their insatiable thirst for blood. Locked in a mansion with nothing but secrets and gawking predators crawling around her to seek her special blood, she finds no means of escape.

Thrown in a dark fate where every choice matters, Yui finds herself in complicated relationships with each one of the brothers, who constantly oscillate between affection and cruelty toward her. Having her future deeply tied to the unknown, Yui is continuously living in fear and trepidation as more extramundane beings emerge, each with their own agenda when it comes to her one-of-a-kind ichor. Natheless, the life of another human girl who was also a resident of the anathematized mansion for years is now also bound to the sacrificial bride by a thin string. Yui and the despondent and beyond-saving Hana Iriye cross paths in the most undesirable of ways, their beliefs contradicting between survival and utter submission. Then came the harsh truth that Hana, who came from a special heritage, was also given up to the vampires by those closest to her as a tribute... a tribute of blood.

How will the two girls' kismet turn out to be in this entangled web of love, obsession, hatred, and redemption?
