You could say Autumn Ray’s life has been a roller coaster, but she’s had more downs than ups to be honest. After her mother dies, her drunken father remarries a hateful woman and Autumn is introduced to a life of taunting, bullying and abuse. However, things take a turn for the even worse when her father is killed in a freak accident and her new step mum marries a criminal in disguise, who finds humour in using Autumn in his schemes and crimes, against her will. Autumn thinks life can’t get any worse. That is until she discovers romance, a completely new concept in her troubled existence. Will this real life Cinderella live happily ever after?

The story within
