Authors note: A Steven Universe AU. This is just a rough draft! I will take suggestions! I'm going to turn it into a comic just not yet.
Welp heres the real description of the story.
ONE MOE THING! I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS METION! (Except for Citrine and some other gemstones that have not been mentioned in the series. Not yet, anyway.) ALL CREDIT GOES TO THE CREATORS OF STEVEN UNIVERSE!
Citrine lived the life of a simple quartz soldier. Work, was all she ever did. But one day, another quartz soldier found out her biggest secret. Citrine was defective. She had lived her whole life hiding as a normal soldier through shapeshifting. But, one of the Diamonds offered her a solution. Citrine could be fixed, along with other gems in her court. The experiments didn't work. Citrine's form and gem have been ruined. Now, she runs, in seek of refuge on another planet. Landing on Planet Earth, she meets the Crystal Gems, a group of rebels fighting against the Diamonds. Will the Crystal Gems accept her into their rebellion? No one believed a human could stand against the Gem Empire-until one was given the power to change everything. Fenrir was one of the strangest members of the Crystal Gems. She was able to stand toe-to-toe against some of the toughest soldiers that Homeworld had to offer, but, despite her monstrous appearance-purple fur, blazing red wings, and horns that curved above her head-she was still human. Rose Quartz and Garnet rescued her from a Gem research facility, but even Garnet's future vision couldn't prepare them for the horrors Fenrir had endured. Her strength made her a formidable ally in the Gem War, and she quickly became an invaluable member of the Crystal Gems. She was their secret weapon, revered for her power. Unfortunately, none of them realized that they'd have to finish the fight without her. Near the end of the war, she was sent on a mission and disappeared, leaving her comrades to carry on without her. That is until several thousand years later when she appeared on a certain beach near a small town. As she reconnects with Garnet and the other Crystal Gems, she must confront the consequences of her absence, her volatile power, and the deep bond she shares with those she once fought beside. The Strange Gem ( Gem!Reader x Steven Universe Various)
VERY VERY VERY VERY SLOW UPDATES! Many years ago, a gem emerged on the homeworld near the diamond palace. Pink, being the first one to recognize a gem emerging, told the other 3 diamonds about the information. As all four of them watched the new gem merge, it was discovered that the gem was born with two gems instead of one. Instead of shattering the gem, white diamond decided to keep them as they were a rare cut gem with an abnormal two gems instead of one. After the discovery, they decided to name the gem, Y/N. Y/N soon lived underneath the Diamonds and was treated as if she was a diamond herself. After Pink shattered, Y/N was heavily protected and had a harness around her at all times, always around either the diamonds or heavily guarded by two topazes and a jasper. After being allowed to roam around the Gem Warship, she was stopped by Steven who convinced her to help him find his friends and escape. After the explosion, she was founded by The Crystal Gems and was officially their 'hostage'. From being heavily guarded and kept within eyes sight and inside her whole life into being outside and experiencing many different emotions for the first time. This is when her story begins.

Star Sapphire is the only sapphire of her kind. Her ranking is higher than an Agate! All star gems are second to the Diamonds. But each of them still had a Diamond they were made for. Star Sapphire was made for Pink Diamond. She was made on Homeworld and was always treated like a superior. She was very loyal to Pink Diamond and the other Diamonds.
