The fall of heroes starts not with a bang, but with the truth.

The number two hero, Hawks, has a secret. He knows some thing dark about Endeavor and a few other heroes. They use their power and popularity to get what they want. Endeavor uses Hawks as a punching bag and the hero agency refuses to do anything because it could destroy the people's belief in Heroes.

When Hawks gets ordered to be a double agent he accepts the job. He accepts because of his hatred against Endeavor. He will become the avenging angel against the corrupt heroes.
