ΣΚΜΑ Twin Sorority and Fraternity

ΣΚΜΑ pronounced sigma kappa mu alpha were a twin sorority and fraternity in an American college. Incredibly popular at their university the twin buildings were back to back in a block mostly made up of other fraternities, sororities and places renting to college students. The block was a constant celebration and parties were had weekly all over the block.

The fence between the fraternity and sorority backyards was removed making a much larger space for parties cohosted by the fraternity and the sorority. An epic pool was built over both sides of the land as the students way of ensuring no one would be able to kick them out and sell either lot because of the very pool they all thoroughly enjoyed in the summer time. Lights and a tarp shade were hung between the two from either buildings top floor to decorate or shield from rain, the boys and girls got along very well and had no harmful competition between the twin houses and rather worked together to rival others.

σκμα as in lower case letters on their necklaces was extremely exclusive as a result of its sheer popularity, every popular kid in high school wanting to maintain that popularity in college wanted to be in ether the sorority or fraternity. Legacies to parents who attended also apply in hopes of being chosen however aren't granted immediate acceptance but merely priority. Every applicant is researched by the current sisters and brothers and their research is showed on a projector in the sorority's home cinema, the brothers and sisters of σκμα collectively decide who to accept and who to decline in a group effort.

If a person is selected the next step is the Hazing, they are offered the opportunity to move on to the next selection stage and absolutely never pressured into accepting. Pressuring a freshman into accepting can be punished by banishment meaning the sister or brother is excommunicated for practicing peer pressure and never to be invited to parties or get togethers from then on.
