The living space, place just above Anteiku's cafe, quickly filled with its employees. Touka perched herself in the corner, attempting to wrap her head around classical literature.
"Need some help?" Ken Kaneki approached, black hair daunting his head, a white eye patch shielding his right eye. He pulled up a wooden chair, ghosting his onyx eyes across her work, before watching her purple ones.
"Uh, no, I'm sure I'll get it soon," She pulled herself back towards her notebook, placing her head in her hands, leaning her elbows on the wood of the table.
"I could help still?" He continued his forward stare, sympathy glossing over his face. Touka's brow furrowed, before letting out a defeated sigh.
