May York was taken from her parents at 3 years of age. They were careless enough to post a video of her bending water and singing. No. Her power isnt singing. It is water magic.
She eluded the government by lying and saying she thinks of some water when she uses her magic. She was three, so they thought "Why should she lie?" And they were wrong. She was smart. She knew they couldn't know. And she didn't KNOW why. But she just felt as if they COULDN'T. So she went with her gut.
In this realm, every magic user has a different power. N O O N E can have more then one power... Or can they?
The government have had May (The first one might I add) under STRICT rules. And now, 14 years old, she is free and has a best friend named Gregory. Gregory likes Jordan. And now she can tease him without her agents telling her to stop. And they might have a reason... Or do they?
This story will follow our character May Alizabeth York on a journey to freedom and will have a bit of inspiration from the movie "The Darkest minds".
How long will it take for May to find out? Who has more then one power? Will they work out? Can they escape from the oppressing jaws of the government? So many questions in this story. Unknowns WAITING to be awnsered.
You will have to read to find the hidden awnsers!

Note: They are in a government base. They are kept hidden but they dont go out the walls. This place is kinda like a college campus. But bigger and where they train instead of get taught math (which they also do... But in big classes and in about a class of... Everyone (80)). But they DO get taught like normal kids. But a subject a day and they learn fast. They keep quiet or they will have to do 30 suicides (an exercise where you run on a basketball court. Free throw line, half court, the opposite freethrow line, and the opposite side. Everytime you have to go back then touch the next line) in 30 minutes or you have to do 2 tests at once about that topic.
