Based off of the short story Harrison Bergeron, in this AU the unexpected is the expected. Since no one can be perfect every one is the same. They have radios in one ear to make them dumber, weights on their arms to make them weaker, masks on their faces to make them uglier.

And Marinette can't stand it any longer. In this alternate miraculous universe, Marinette has scoliosis, a genetic deformity in the spine. It's what helps make her equal, though she still has to wear weights, and a hideous mask. All seems for lost until a new boy comes to school. He has the ugliest mask, and the largest weights, Marinette has ever seen. And a tiny radio in his ear to make him dumb. 

And she falls head over heals for him. 

Together, can they stop the government from their wrong doing? Will love force them to take off the masks? Is ballet going to make a change for their lives? Read to find out!

Marinette would've remained frozen in her spot if it weren't for the surrounding crowd that pulled her up and started to nudge her towards the stage. "No wait! Don't make me!" She pleaded as they pushed her onto the stage, almost causing her to trip and fall on her face. Meanwhile Adrien had reluctantly made his way towards the stage. Although he could've declined, he would never hear the end of it from his father if he had come across as rude at a public gathering. As the two stood awkwardly on stage in front of the microphones, Luka had come up behind them resting his arms on each of their shoulders. "Don't worry, you guys will thank me for this later." He told them reassuringly. However, his comment fell on deaf ears to both of them as they looked at the floor uncomfortably. "...or maybe not." Luka said more to himself as he backed off and left the stage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Enjoy a High School Musical AU of Miraculous Ladybug. A songfic for you to relax and have fun with. All of the songs are written to where you can sing along or listen to the music. As time goes on, both of them start to find comfort in each other- not for the love they share, but for the comfort they give. Soon, they realize that they've fallen for two people at once, unbeknownst to them that those two are one. What if the answers to their confusion were right underneath their noses?
