Simon. The manager of the oh-so-famous One Direction has come up with a popularity experiment. He made a GIRL One Direction that goes by the name of One Way Up. 

They may seem a lot like the lads but these girls were saved from their dark pasts by Mr. Cowell. They've been forced to hide for three years. 

One Direction has been around for four years though.  The boys don't know the girls but they know the boys.

Louis Tomlinson has taken a likening to the younger woman and despite management's warnings has begun making advances on her.
