I'm sure most of you don't know me but my name is Jacob Blanton I'm going to be published in a book called mission catastrophe-stories of Ohio. Under the title the last ones by Jacob Blanton so yea yay me published at 13 for a story I wrote when I was 12. I'll speak with their person and see if I can post it here if not well I don't really know what is next. I don't know how I won but I did somehow guys, gals, and Apache attack helicopters. I don't think that it is a good book but I've been told by my art teacher many times an artist is their own greatest critic and I've been told this is art not sure how much I believe them but I got picked so it must have been somewhat good.

[Book 1] Hi, my name is Ash. Ash. A bit of an unusuall name, I know, but I like it. I am 13 years old and I live in the orphanage that my mother abandoned me at as a baby. Specter: This is a story I've been working on for awhile. I've seen many people talk about how bad their writing is. This just makes me cringe because they say this when they're just on their first draft. I decided to post the first draft of my story called Specter. This is purely just to give writers and idea what a first draft looks like. A confidence booster. Something to compare your writing to. The best writer never wrote a master piece on the first go. When you read this you'll say, this is good but needs to be worked on more. I was getting ready to start my senior year of high school when my dad was offered a promotion in an ally pack. He was our alpha's younger brother. (In other words my uncle is the Alpha.) My dad did accounting and record keeping for our pack as a delta. One of our ally packs contacted him to be a beta in charge of pack records and accounting. His record keeper and his mate were wanting to retire. His mate was an OB/GYN nurse. My mom was the midwife assistant. She could become the pack midwife. This would mean we would have to move. I wasn't sure I really wanted to move. I loved the art program at my school. We get moved and the first day at the new school I meet my mate and he rejects me. He was the warrior beta's son and I was the record's beta daughter, and he rejects me. Ugh then in front of me he claims the alpha's daughter. I was devastated but I refused to show my emotions to him. The next day at I attend school I am claimed by an alpha as my second chance mate.
