He was tall, porcelain-skinned, pure black eyes, jet black hair, well built, wearing a white t-shirt and jeans along with a black jacket. He was standing there looking like a Greek god while I was sitting on my bed with a messy bun on my head and a tub of ice-cream, looking a homeless person. "What is this?" he hissed inching towards me, his eyes darkened as his lips quivered. I stood dumbfounded as I stared back at the note laid in-between his fingers. A poem, it was a poem. One I had left within my daily journal, however I would've never assumed he would pry onto my privacy for such a case. Did he actually believe that I was capable of...murder? "I don't know what you are talking about." I uttered staring back at him. My voice was shaking, lips quaking as I clenched my fists. His face lightly contorted into that of disgust before he shoved the note on my chest, with force, I tippled backwards, only finding myself nestled by his bed. My chest began to pang harshly as I looked up at him. He remained livid, as a tear droplet wound its way to his cheek. It was evident through his stance and light brush of his head. However I only stared back at it, I didn't want to open it, because I knew what was in it. Dance of the Century What be this melody, That draws me in so, With naught but its beat, And my feet to it doth go? It is so familiar, So seductive, so alluring, Yet only I seem to be in tune, As others gaze upon me, fearing. Mayhap I have not forgotten, Despite my faulted upper mechanics, The dance of the century, Dance Macabre, where all must dance, Until their souls set free. - To Andrew His eyes bore into mine, as tears glistened at the edge of his eyes. "What the hell have you done." he whispered with his manner of accusation weighing heavily in the air.

Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed. 'You knew, all this time, you knew and you never told me.' 'Yes,' he bowed his dark head, black hair dishevelled as it fell into his eyes that were beginning to shed their own tears. 'I wanted to protect you. I thought if you never knew then this could never happen. I'm so sorry, please forgive me?' 'There's nothing to forgive,' came her answer, fainter than before. They both knew she had only moments, Jinn could feel the warm stickiness of her blood soaking through the bunched up fabric he pressed tighter still to her wounded stomach, carefully trying to avoid pushing the knife in even further though almost hoping he could force the blood back in through sheer will. The girl's fingers twitched and he lowered his head, sheltering her fading gaze from the prying eyes of the few that remained to bear witness. His closer proximity allowed her to brush her cold fingers over his cheek, smearing her blood upon his smooth flesh. 'Don't be afraid, don't be afraid,' he murmured softly, a lovers caress for her ears only as he could feel the slowing of her heart, beat by beat. He pressed his face to hers, cheek against cheek in an attempt to warm her skin with his own. His lips brushed hers, catching her ragged and shallow breath. 'I'm not afraid,' she whispered, the determined tone affected by her seeping strength. 'I will wait for you, I swear. I'll meet you again in a good place,' he said and caught her smile with his lips, his black eyes open as he kissed her for the last time so that he caught the exact moment when her life-spark fluttered out and his heart shattered in a way he never knew it could.
