Just to start, The information about "The City Of Darkness", The information I show you is from a game called "Neon District" and I will not take credit for the information. The only thing I actually create is a character in it and the storyline about the two. This is based off my friend's and I's meet-up and how we just hung out together in Neon District and begin falling for each other. This is Gay Love story about two boys in a city called Neon District located in North America. A medic saves a Scientist during a Criminal hostiage mission and begin talking from there. The Medic finds more about the Scientist and his past so tries to help him as best as he can. They later meet a friend and begin talking from there as the three have to live in Neon District, Also known as "The City Of Dark" where it is always raining and dark. It is also one of the most dangerous cities in Japan but have a strict rule against leaving due to a fight against the rest of Japan.
