The Magic Bag is like the Pandora's Box! if you open it the wrong way all will go wrong.
Lately the classic Toon's have been interested in the new Game Toon's made to look like Classic Toons. Even one of Felix's old rival Toon came back in a Game now everyone love's him again.
But the Rival named Oswald is dealing with sorrow of his own.

Then Someones destroys the Magic Bag. the evil inside is unleashed. along with it's Hope inside.
