Welcome to council. Everyone here already knows that your abilities allow you to create and summon your own weapons. such as guns, bows, swords, and etc. You either have the choice to be intelligent and pass exams with being able to summon your own weapon. If you cannot summon your own weapon but you are pretty incredibly intelligent, you will become a businessman. You all are apart of different families that have wealth, or that are poor. But few of you will join a clan, some may get eliminated, some may get into the low class clans, and some of you.. will be high ranked. anyways i hope you all enjoy it here at council. because i know one things for sure i'll be having one hell of a time watching all of you. so put on a good show. ~ Examiner Hiro.

They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home.
