In this world, there are two sides. The Known, and The Unknown. The Known, being what everyone in society knows, the basics of the rights and wrongs, the things that people aren't afraid of embracing. The Unknown, being the dark, twisted underworld of society, the darkness hiding behind every town, and their variety of historic buildings, the gritty details no one has the stomach to think about, or even cast a second glance to.
Until the day that Amy gets hooked on this dark knowledge, the want to learn of these gritty details, the very underbelly of her town... she knows it lies on a dark past. And she isn't alone in discovering just what this dark, disgusting past is. Hooking her friends into it, will they escape the town, able to recall to one another and the public, just what she discovered in the heart of tourism? Or will they get sucked in too deep, and lose to themselves?

The New World has been the last peaceful and resourceful country for nearly two hundred years. Or at least that's what they say. Samantha Ivory has been living a boring average life in an old town with lots of history. That is, until the news of a carnival coming to town ignites new excitement. Not only have I never seen him before in my life but everyone in our town always wears nice clean and washed clothes, therefore nobody should be looking like him. The boy has a small cut on his cheek and is thin, a lot thinner than he should be. I look away from him and around at my surroundings, there is no one else here. I regain my composure and look at him again. That's when he says something that makes my blood run cold. "Run."Complete

She becomes the best student Saren ever had, and soon after he dies, she finds a way to kill the only monster that none have ever been able to kill. A Diren, a creature very similar to a vampire. This knowledge is costly though. And Amy has some tough decisions to make when the people she's cares about most get mixed up in it. But what happens when she gets the rude awakening that she can't save everyone? She may need a little power of foresight to help her.Complete

Demeter attends a prestigious boarding school with a logical brain and a lot of knowledge she finds useless, with all of the students having high grades and attending fun school events. But all that is nothing but a fabric of lies to cover up the truth. Demeter is already used to the strange things that happen in her school, from people screaming too loud, to people isolating themselves in a corner. This can even be considered normal. But as mysterious and disturbing deaths start appearing, Demeter knows this has to be the work of someone outside the school. She wants no part of it, as long as it has nothing to do with her. The man tells her his name finally but he also reveals a dark horrible secret from his past which traumatized him for years, then she feels like she's actually falling in love with him. He knows everything about her, the reason she became human, the two powers she could have, the truth of how her father died. He begins to protect her life with his own.
