I once read that when a feeling grows so intense it threatens to suffocate you, the only way to survive it is to write.
Write it, no matter how terrifying it seems. Whether it is joy, fear, anger, or even the smallest, foolish things-put it into words before it consumes you.

Writing gives you a choice. It gives you a say over your feelings. It allows you to decide how the story ends.

This collection was born from that belief: that in writing, we do not drown in our emotions-we learn how to breathe through them.

Una vez leí que cuando un sentimiento se vuelve tan intenso que amenaza con asfixiarte, la única forma de sobrevivir es escribirlo.
Escribirlo, sin importar lo aterrador que parezca. Ya sea alegría, miedo, rabia o incluso las cosas más pequeñas y tontas-ponlo en palabras antes de que te consuma.

Escribir te da una elección. Te da voz sobre tus propios sentimientos. Te permite decidir cómo termina la historia.

Esta colección nació de esa creencia: que al escribir no nos ahogamos en nuestras emociones, sino que aprendemos a respirar a través de ellas.
