Peter Parker. Spiderman. On his own. Again.
When May dies, she writes in her will that Peter is to be left with Tony Stark, but Tony Stark doesn't know how to deal with a kid. Sure, he knows how to deal with interns, with friends, with coworkers, but with someone who lives with him, someone who needs a role model, someone who needs a paternal figure, Tony Stark is uninformed. So when the Rogue Avengers come back, Tony has an excuse to hide away in his lab, where he meets someone who has been sneaking into his tower for weeks now. Enter Seth.

A new duo

They become very close friends, rather like uncle and nephew. Slowly, he begins to close the gap in Peters life and they become New York's favourite duo. Little does the world know, that Anthony Edward Stark/Ironman...is alive. He was in a coma for three months but is now on his feet. The only people who know are: Pepper, Morgan, Happy and Rhodey. Tony hears about the new duo and watches them on TV. He admits they are a great duo but deep down he is jealous. It used to be Ironman and Spider-Man against the world. Peter was one of the only people he let close to him and he was practically his kid but now he is Quentins.
