100 years ago, as a knight of the princess, his only concern was her safety. As the designated hero and the light of Hyrule, he has a lot more to think about. Link awoke to a world that was far different than the one he knew one hundred years ago, and a murderous thief will be his guide. When a bright light casts a dark shadow, love might be found in the confusion.

And... why is it glowing orange? A story that follows the storyline of Botw but we gave Link some friends (my ocs). :) Pretty angsty in places. Also, this was the first fanfiction I ever wrote and while I have edited it some, the beginning is not that great, but it gets better, promise.

If you haven't read the prequel of this story, I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get. confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.
