Alcune avranno un filo conduttore, altre saranno completamente svincolate e potranno avere un finale o meno.

His rich, velvety voice sent thrills down my spine as he spoke my name. His intense, mesmerising gaze focused on mine, making it impossible to look away. As he drew me closer, his powerful arms wrapped around me, and I could feel the warmth of his breath against my skin. The aroma of his fragrance, a seductive blend of spice and musk, filled the air, making my heart race and my senses whirl. It's as if every aspect of him is intended to captivate and enchant me, keeping me completely entranced. Release me," I muttered, feeling my cheeks heat up as I stubbornly avoided his gaze. He let go like he had forgotten to do so. For a few seconds, neither of us said anything. I fiddled with the hem of my sleeve, pretending I was calm, while secretly screaming inside. Why is he just standing there? Say something, idiot! Finally, he broke the silence. "So, why were you ignoring me?" he asked in low, almost accusing. "Why would I ignore you?" I lied without flinching, acting like innocent. But he wasn't buying it. "I saw you," he said, stepping a little closer. "You ducked behind a door like you were dodging bullets. You thought I wouldn't notice?" Ugh, busted. I rolled my eyes. "Maybe I just didn't have any reason to confront you," I replied, crossing my arms as a shield against how close he was now. He leaned in slightly, smirking, "Oh, but you had plenty of reasons to hang around those guys at the swimming pool, huh?" he shot back. "I was just... talking," I said defensively. "It's called being social. You should try it sometime instead of lurking around like a spy." He chuckled, "Lurking? Please. I was just passing by. I was surprised when I saw you laughing with those guys like you were starring in some rom-com." I refuse to back down. "And what if I was?" I challenged. He didn't flinch. Instead, he tilted his head with a mock-thoughtful expression. "Then I guess I'd have to remind you... there are better options around " he said, tapping his chest casually.Terminé

PROLOGUE A small boy lies curled up in his bed, trying to hide himself. The screams and shouts of his parents echoed throughout the empty, cold house. A small toddler girl, snuggled in his arms, fusses in her sleep. A loud crash, followed by a cry of pain, makes the boy flinch and tear up. He pulls the baby girl close and covers his ears. 'Dad is hurting mom again' The boy cries softly, so as not to be heard, weeping at the unfairness of the world. Hours later, his bedroom door opens, and a soft hand touches his cheek. "Ian, my baby boy, I've got to go for a while, ok?" A woman's voice calls softly. The boy sits up, wiping his tears. "How long will you be gone?" The boy sniffles. "Mom is going to live with Uncle Sam for a while, just so she can make dad's company bigger. Make sure you take good care of Naomi. Don't forget to clean up after yourself, and get good grades in school." The boy's mother ruffles his hair and kisses him on the cheek. "I love you buddy. I'll be back in a few years. I know that sounds like a long time but, I'll be back before you know it. I just have to make dad happy." The boy nods, refusing to cry. 'I have to protect Naomi. (Completed) Falling in love was easy; keeping it wasn't. We started off as friends. Slowly we realised we liked each other. Then a kiss. Which turned into date, and another date until; 'So you're my boyfriend, and I'm yours.' If only it could've stayed that easy, it didn't; Coming out, Telling parents, First time, Judgment, Separation. 'It was impossible not to love Red. I just watched him as he excitedly and passionately talked about his favourite things, and couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of joy. I just admired the way his smile brightened when he saw something pretty, or the way he scratched the back of his head when he was slightly nervous but wanted to be casual, or the way he was just so amazing at making me feel happy. His whole being just caused me to lose myself in my love for him. It had taken me so long to ever feel this strongly about someone, but Red did it so effortlessly. He was the one person that had taken down all my walls, the one person that I could feel truly me with. It just made me so grateful to be sitting across the table with such an amazing person, who didn't even know how beautiful he looked.' So much stuff happens in the story but please give it a read, it's not just a typical cliche romance. Smut occasionally and I guess serious themes such as homophobia and bullying.Terminé
