The Lost Magic

The Dark Magic has returned. Nine people (Kallus, Cameron, Lyris, Elewen, Will, Zaleph, Azriel, Kava, and Katana) must venture to find the Lost Magic and defeat the Dark Magic once and for all. But the question remains; Will they make it in time to save the kingdom of Kreotia and their families?

Excerpt from Chapter Five:

"What-" Lyris ran outside the stables, Zaleph, Azriel, Elewen and Kallus following after. Cameron quickly followed, nervous. Katana blinked in surprise, stopping what she was doing, and ran out with Kava. Lyris' eyes widened. She grabbed Elewens arm. In the square of the village, a huge ball of darkness erupted from the ground, sending the people into chaos. They were too far away to be seen. Lyris's home was house outside Kreotias limits. The ball of darkness covered the sky, sending rain down. Villains were floating in the air on small black clouds. Phantom could be seen among those villains. He began to speak, that sadistic smile plastered across his face. All that the group could make out was:
"...the kingdom is under our control now...."
Azriel stared at the sky for a long moment. Scarlet was among them, her eyes red and gleaming with malicious intent as she looked down at the town. Raven was there aswell. Cameron froze, his eyes wide. The nine didn't know what power this was, but whatever it was, it was deadly. And the kingdom was in seriously trouble.
