deku was tormented for his quirk which was considered a villainous quirk. It is called puppeteer its stronger than mind control (I'll explain more about it in the story)
Everyone bullied him until the accident then everyone was scared of him even Bakugo.
soon enough he goes insane and slowly becomes a villain.
