It's been a 3 months since Gaea and everything is normal. It's almost as if it never happened. They say Rome wasn't built in a day, but it was rebuilt pretty darn fast. Leo has returned with his girlfriend Clypso and a completely functioning Happy. Percy and Annabeth moves in with Sally and Paul, working to get into New Rome College. Reyna is as busy as always working with her new partner Frank to fix what Octavian has ruined. Jason is working on completely rebuilding and refurbishing all existing altars and building new altars to all the gods and goddesses. Piper has moved back in with her father and even begun creating her own reputation as a star in the making. Even the children of Hades are content. Hazel is lead horse specialist in New Rome. And Nico has feelings for a certain doctor. 

But everything will change when they meet  The Avengers.

In between Civil War and Doctor Strange.
