The story of a young girl who escapes into her own little world to cope with the grief of losing her best friend.
Grey was exactly that before Elspeth died. Grey. Boring. Normal. People didn't notice her, just Elspeth. Elspeth was special, everyone adored her, but she had singled out Grey to be her friend. Now that Elspeth was gone, people were starting to give Grey more attention, but not the good king of attention.
Noah has always noticed Grey though, so one day he saves her. Not that Grey wants him to. Noah is not the type of boy that Grey likes. He smokes - and it isn't even a metaphor - he's just addicted.
Noah tries to help her get on with her life now that Elspeth is gone. Will Grey let go?
