Vault 68 and Vault 69, are the excitements of sexual torture and pleasure. The vaults are connected by an automated vault 69B that stores the central computer for the experiment. the 2 vaults are more than just a short term experiment. it is programmed to maintain the ratio over generations.
To increase the gene pools, men are swapped out once a year and are chosen by the computer based on genetic diversity. The single woman is chosen the same way, but is only there until impregnated. If a single man manages to knock up 2 woman in a year, they ate marked for high fertility, and will be ranked higher for transfer to vault 69.
Children born will reside in vault 68B and cared for by those assigned by the computer until age 14. They will then be transferred to their respective vault.

Fallout is more about the people and communities that try to move forward after a nuclear devestation, those who thrive, and then those who are drifting off, and those who have hit such a bottom that they have no further to fall. Many communities will rise from the nuclear ash for most to fail. In this world, there are no good guys; there are no bad guys. Everyone is just trying to get by and survive. The story takes a first-person point of view from a character who is pushed out of her home and into an unknown world. This world is mostly under control by two main factions at war though; one being the self-proclaimed United States and the other being the self-proclaimed owners of the counter, the Enclave. This story has many ups and downs and level offs. It has frustrations, situations, shows emotion, and thinking of the main character.
