(AU) Where Damon is not a Salvatore, he is a Mikaelson. 1860 he arrived in Mystic Falls with and started his new life. He compelled the town and the Salvatore family to think that he is part of it.
But in 1864 when Katrine come in Mystic Falls she recognizes him. But Damon compelled her so she would not say anything. Mikael was after his siblings and he wanted to protect them from his wrath.
And for the sake of his family, he made a spell and made himself forget. Then he took away his memory he also locked his magic and wolf part, so nobody not even himself finds out.
Don't think he makes it just for them actually he does not....not exactly. He has a reason but that is something nobody will find out....for now.
But when Elijah and after that Klaus comes after Elena, hell breaks loose in Mystic Falls. After centuries he will see his family again.
What will happen after they meet? Will Damon side with Elijah or he will help his brother Nicklaus to unlock his wolf side? Read to find out.
