Wolves have a specific need for a pack, without it they are driven to madness. Hence the reasoning of Rouges being portrayed as unmerciful, inhumane hell hounds that roam the forest in their most primal states. Even worse than being stripped of humanity, to lay only a beast is to resist fate the moon goddess has laid out for them. But when the Alpha of the strongest pack becomes a seeker, wandering the unforgivable woods alone in order to have his fate be within his own hands, the moon goddess sets forth a plan under special terms.

His voice gruff and shallow against the hollowing wind, His eyes switching for those soft grays to the darkness reflected within the empty night sky. Yet his words held no meaning to us, his presence felt of requirement to make it through the cold woods. I trust Helens reinsurance that no harm shall come to us as long as we stood close by, So staring at his back walking slowly away, past trees almost dormant for winter, I followed silently behind not heeding his words one bit.
"I doubt its safe to be alone in the woods" Clouds of white air leaving my chapped lips as i limp side by side with this mysterious wolf.
