Lille Brown is living within a suburban neighborhood with her father . She's always had it all and never went without . For years , she's had no contact with her mother until her 16th birthday when she is surprised with a court file. Now she is forced to live with her mother's family which is the complete- opposite of what she grew up to . From bright , fresh clean air and quietness to a cluttered , crime and drug invested neighborhood. Her father fights hard for her not to fall into the statistics of that part of town . Little does he know she just might end up falling for that lifestyle . Maybe too hard .

Taylor Magns is what they call "The White Boy' , the only one in the neighborhood. He's done it all from robbing to smoking pipes daily. Unlike Lille , he knows how to ride this so-called "thug lifestyle" as he's been surrounded by it his whole life . Taylor never knew what "family" was since he was abandoned by his parents and brought to his grandparents house . The boy is officially out of control and his grandparents can no longer control him . As their final resort is to send him away to military school. Taylor ends up meeting Lille and actually enjoys her company . But by time he falls for her , it might just be too late .
