This a book by Robert Louis Stevenson in which he relates events in Samoa surrounding the civil wars and foreign interference in local affairs. I am annotating it and adding a comprehensive glossary, chronology and index to make it more accessible to modern readers. I am also concurrently working on a French translation of this which will be followed by a Samoan translation. The material written by Robert Louis Stevenson is in the public domain but the new material I am adding is protected by copyright.All Rights Reserved
