I'm Skylar Fisk, a perplexed teenager who turned 17 the last summer. I'd always had everything that a teenager needs to live a life that is not confusing. But, one thing had always gotten left out - someone nice to date.
Like a normal teenager, my emotions were always at the edge and I needed someone to kiss. I stepped back into my high school, Stanton High, wanting to achieve and learn new things. I wasn't sure to find love, but I sure wanted to date someone.

"All of a sudden, I heard the sound of a familiar voice.
"Hey, Skylar?"
I looked up, shifting my eyes from my phone screen.
"Caleb? Oh my goodness!"
"I got distracted by the fine guy with a chiseled jaw sitting right next to me. I thought to myself, "Oh, Holy Gods of the Heaven, he is so appealing and charming and his words are so crisp. Is he the one?"
"Was this a date? It was seeming to be romantic at times. Was I saying the wrong things if this was like a date?"
"Somehow, even if I didn't know much about her, she made me feel comfortable."
