I'm A Monster

Society has viewed people who are different as freaks and abominations for centuries. People who turn out unlike any other. In a society of people mutated by a leaking radioactive energy, any people who have deviated are registered and monitored. A boy named Lucas Warden was born with two hearts, his doctor chose to mark him as normal for the sake of making his life easier. His doctor dies of radiation sickness, and soon he finds out that he in fact has two hearts. His mother is killed for treason and he's registered. Moved to a new school, a new career path, and new life; he realizes that the people registered don't have the life that they deserve. With his current life against him for the life he had before and his old life against him for the life he has now, he has to find his place in the middle and to end the segregation.
