Virgil, a Neko, doesn't remember anything from before 3 years ago. His first memory is of Remus, a demon with sharp terrifying features, smiling down at him with a sadistic smile, offering a helping hand as rain pelted his sore body. What will happen when he is found by an Angel, a Witch and a Human who claim to be his family? Will he allow them to break down the walls he has built or will he attempt to protect himself by being on his own?

Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. In an effort to help both kingdoms Roman's and Virgil (now acting King Virgil) make a truce and put aside their differences. Roman and his two friends, Marquess Patton and Lord Logan, join Virgil in this epic quest to save their brothers, and the Dark Realm kingdom. Like any great tale this book is filled with Fear! Love!
