20 year old Kennedy James, she always had a strong sense of self. Strong willed, opinionated and passionate, she was set to make her mark on the world once she made it back to her home; far away from the dreaded memories she was keen on leaving behind in Georgia. However, once she steps foot into the real world back 'home', she soon realizes that the life she thought she'd have was nothing compared to the reality she was facing. Soon, as harder times seem to hit, she finds herself in a place she'd never expect. Slowly but surely the woman she used to be becomes a distant memory. Now the version of the once strong willed and self assured young woman is replaced with a young woman unsure of who she really is, seeking to find the meaning in some of the deadliest of places. Kennedy knows who she has become was not who she truly was, but in her mind she was too far gone, and the life she had now wouldn't allow for her to go back to who she used to be. However one night that seemed to be the worst night of her life, becomes her blessing in disguise as a path back home: to her true self.

19 year old Isaiah St. Germain too was always self assured. Charismatic, witty and charming, the magnetic pull he had on people was truly effortless. There wasn't much he couldn't do when up in front of a crowd. College proved to be no different for the newly seasoned Sophomore as he too believes that this year will be easy like the last. However there was one person who never seemed to be too impressed by him: Kennedy James. Yet she was now in his past. However, before she left she managed to open his reality to a truth that he had hidden behind his self confidence. With that truth unlocked Isaiah now had to wrestle with who he when no one else was looking. He too would come to realize that he had strayed from his true self, and life was about to set him on a path of his own.

For Kennedy and Isaiah, the term 'self discovery' was about to take on an entire new meaning.
