SHIELD doesn't like masked vigilantes.

They believe it reflects badly on them, but no one can get a hold on the slippery "hero", Spiderman.

So they have no choice but to call in the Avengers.

Meanwhile, Midtown Tech is excited for a chance to be a part of the exclusive Stark Internship Contest, which will see 2 teams of 5 interns compete in challenges to recieve internships at Stark Industries. Peter knows there's only so long he can escape the Avengers, and now that he comes to Stark Tower daily, the chances he'll be discovered are higher than ever.

So when Spiderman disappears off the street, crime rates start to go up, and a new group of super villains rise, the Avengers start to wish they'd never gone after Spiderman.

After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt. It's no coincidence that the intel comes through, and they find files about experiments done to one person. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free?
