Trixie and Katya are single parents. Their paths cross when Katya's son, Andrei, picks on Trixie's daughter, Melody. 

Trixie and Melody have just made a move from the country. Trixie is recently divorced and wants to start over with her daughter. Trixie just wants the best for Melody. 

Katya is the strong single mother who doesn't 
need anyone. Katya is the party animal turned soccer mom. Katya just wants the best for her Andrei. Can the two women learn to get along or will Andrei and Melody beat them to it?
