One night a strange trader comes to him with a dare... he needed to sail through some of the toughest, craziest waters ever known to man kind; the Adeyemi passage. What makes it such horrible water to travel through? Legand has it that many horrible beasts were killed and there bodies were thrown into the deep water.
They say everytime a human dares to pass through they will throw huge waves strike blots of lightning on the boats and throw them ashore some of the toughest islands ever known to man-kind with huge creatures and low food sources. Not a single human has ever survived traveling thoes waters but even after all the stories Vex was told as a kid he doesn't back down from the dare.
