Richie is a prince - and a different one at that. Usually you'd think that being a prince is a dream come true, but not for Richie. He just wants a normal life, normal friends, maybe even a boyfriend. When he's given the chance to move to a place far away from his small kingdom in attempt to try and have a normal life, he couldn't be happier. The problem, however? He has to pretend he's not a prince. And lying? He's not so great at that. Although somewhat desperate for a boyfriend, he never actually expected to actually fall in love... Eddie Kaspbrak. The boy with the fanny pack, who actually likes Richie for Richie. And Richie can't tell him that he's a prince in a place on the other side of the world - and he wants it to stay that way. If someone were to find out, he'd have to move back home and never return. Richie finds out that not everything is as expected, and most definitely, you can never avoid being one of those who love.

They're complete opposites and soon, hate will take over their hearts where, instead, there should be love. [I got the idea from the anime "Citrus", which I recommend so much! You don't need to watch the anime to understand it since there are only some references but I just wanted to say it :)]
