His lips lifted into a wicked grin, revealing his teeth. Fear pierced Violet's heart. She took a few steps back from him, until she was pressed up to the stone wall. "Liar," he growled, in a low, warning tone. She gulped, as she realised he had not been fooled. She couldn't stop staring at his white, sharp teeth. A dark, chilling thought came to her mind. With teeth that sharp, he could easily rip her throat out. He laughed, as he prowled closer towards her, like a predator moving in on its prey. His laugh made her feel weak and she placed her hands against the rough stone, leaning more into the wall for support. "You have no family. You have no friends. No one knows you have been taken away." He placed his hands by her head, trapping her against the wall and pressed his body into hers. He could feel her trembling. "No one will be looking for you. You do know that, right? No one will be coming to rescue you." He lowered his head, his nose almost touching hers. His eyes staring into her eyes. She couldn't move. She couldn't breathe, or look away. She was paralysed. "There is no escape. Resistance is futile. Just give in and accept me, my Violet. Be my bride or else I will devour your heart." {~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~} On Christmas Day, Violet Hayes is abducted and transferred far away, to a darker place. She is horrified to discover that her kidnapper, Maurilo Adrik is actually a Demon Prince, who rules over the Shadow Realm. She is aghast to learn that he has claimed her as his bride, due to a promise made long ago, when she was a young girl. However, she has no recollection of this particular memory. She wonders if she will manage to escape from the Demon Prince and leave the Shadow Realm, alive. Or will she have to accept her fate and honour the promise, that she can not remember making? Could she learn to open up her heart and become The Dark Prince's Bride?!

In a world dominated by werewolves, Odette leads a simple, human life until what was supposed to be the best day of her life, her wedding day, takes a nightmarish turn. Luca, a powerful world-leader and Alpha, claims her as his mate, which forces her into a desperate fight for her freedom. Now on the run, Odette encounters challenges that will test her wit and strength. Will she surrender to the relentless pursuit, or fight back? ~~~ I round the corner to see a group of freakishly-tall and handsome men. There were three men in the group, one instantly stood out to me even with his back toward me. He had deep black hair and I could tell strong lean muscles were hidden beneath his button-up shirt. I falter in my steps a bit, something in my mind telling me to go another way, to ask someone else for help with directions. But I keep walking closer. Something else within me tells me it will be okay. As I get closer, the two men who were facing my direction look towards me and I stop, keeping a safe distance. Hopefully they are able to help me, and not turn me away just because I'm a human. "Hi, um, could you tell me where the front desk is?" The man whose back was facing towards me stiffened. "I think I'm a little..." The man turned toward me so quickly it made my heartbeat waver. His deep blue eyes pierced into my brown ones and called out to me. His jawline was chiseled to perfection, lips parted slightly in awe. Every feature of his face was meticulously handcrafted by God. I never thought I could find a wolf so elegant. He was...beautiful. Something in the air shifted. I could feel it in my bones. "...lost," I finished my sentence after a brief pause. No one answered me. Did I say something wrong? I look between the three of them and see that the two men behind the man who was staring so intently at me were looking between me and him. "Mate."
