In the military, there exists a top-secret division known as the ECHO Division, which is only known to a handful of top military brass, a select few diplomats and lawmakers tasked with oversight, and the members themselves.  ECHO, whose acronym stands for Extreme Counteraction, Hidden Operations, is dedicated to covertly maintaining world peace by removing threats and countering terrorism. Note: I do not own Marvel, Halo, and Call Of Duty IW/AW. In this world, S.A.T.O (Solar Alliance Treaty Organization) is a formal alliance between the U.N.S.C and U.N.S.A. There primary focus is to defend Earth and all colonies from threats outside their world. I will also be using elements from Splinter Cell and Metal Gear.
