Joseph isn't doing well financially, so he's had to resort to robbing to get Jotaro a new car because his old one broke down. Caesar is the city hero but is friends with Joseph through Suzie Q, and he purposefully never catches Joseph because of that (and bc he's hella gay but yeah). Anyways Caesar is adorable and can't say 'God' in vain bc he's a lil' Catholic bean.

Basically Joseph is a gay disaster and Caesar doesn't know how to cope with his feelings. What does he do? Simple. He throws a truck at him.
