Michael Milligan, his younger brother, Adam, and their best friends Dean and Sam Winchester are moving foster homes. Again. But now that Michael is seventeen, he's working toward getting him and his weird family out of the system. As long as the songs that are constantly in his head don't actually belong to a soulmate that's going to ruin all his plans.
Dean Winchester has found his soulmate, and he loves her. After all, who wouldn't love Lisa Braeden? She's perfect for him in every way. But when he moves and meets Castiel, a quiet boy who starts at school the exact same day as him, Dean can't help but wonder if maybe he doesn't want perfect after all.
Sam Winchester has always worried about his family and his family alone. He doesn't have time for anything else. But when he suddenly starts getting panic attacks for no reason, he finds himself concerned for his elusive soulmate. But as he feels his soulmate's mental state deteriorating, can Sam find them in time to save them?

Cas and Dean are seniors in high school and they've been best friends since they were five years old. They know everything about one another, or so Dean thought. The one thing he didn't know was that Cas was gay. The other he didn't know was that Cas was completely and totally in love with him. Oblivious, Dean launches into a new relationship with a girl he meets at the mall one afternoon, and it tears Cas apart seeing Dean with her, especially when it looks like for the first time in his life, Dean is getting serious about a girl. Charlie, being the good friend she is throws a party and invites Cas. There's an interesting guy there that catches Cas' eye. Sweet fluff ensues, and it's soon after that Dean learns Cas' biggest secret. He is also faced with emotions he has never felt before, especially in regards to Cas. He finds himself jealous and angry when he sees Cas with Luke, and at his brother's suggestion he decides to confront his true feelings for his best friend, and tell him how he really feels.
