One night, just as Kara had feared, the Winter Soldier strikes once again. Only instead of attacking her, he attacks Director Nick Fury. Kara manages to protect him, but he is attacked again after they visit Steve's apartment with disturbing news. Now forced into getting involved, Kara joins Steve and Natasha on their quest to get to the bottom of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s potentially not-so-innocent motives behind what they call "Project Insight."
