This story is about a Notorious bully at a High school in Pennsylvania. The staff at the school are unable to figure out who this bully was, but they did know that they had to figure out who it was. Cause It was affecting the rest of the Student body and faculty. But they did not know where to start looking for them. The staff at the high school was also dealing with a staff shortage with the recent Teacher strike due to the Covid 19 restrictions
