This is a story about a boy named Logan, it's also a story about a shoe and a book. Everyone knows the tale of Cinderella, but nobody knows where it really came from, nobody knows her glass slippers were actually boots, nobody knows that the fairy god mother was just a family friend and nobody knows that Cinderella was really just a nerdy farm boy trying to scrape by. Logan's life has been essentially taken from him, he's abused by his step father Roman, his Step brother Patton insults him every chance he can get and he's been closed off from the outside world. Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. These both came with major consequences, Remus often found it difficult to voice his feelings out without getting mad at himself or someone else for how he was feeling.
