Sadie Doctor is a twelve year old girl who was in district eleven when the rebellion began. Now that Panem is trying to recover and find a goverment. Panem decides to hold a another Hunger Games to decide a government. Districts one through six are for Capital citizens and districts seven through twelve are for Katniss and Peeta. Sadie decides to run away knowing that she is now twelve and can get picked. On the way somewhere she doesn't know where she runs into Jacob Hino. Jacob Hino is a thirteen year old boy who ran away from district one. They run into Chicago, where they have to learn to fit in with Amity. Will they make it through?All Rights Reserved
